Challenge

Most dating apps assume Saturday night. Shift workers are free when everyone else is asleep — so they match with people they can never actually meet. Availability had to be a first-class matching signal, not a bio line.

Solution

Shipped the product end-to-end: schedule-based matching, filters, incognito and visibility controls, read receipts, and chat plus WebRTC audio/video calling. A React admin for users, reports, and operations. iOS build submitted; Android is live.
