I built the mobile application for Flagship Towing to connect boaters with 24/7 marine dispatch and towing services. The app handles membership management, photo uploads for vessel identification, dispatch requests, and service area mapping across Florida and Texas.

Challenge

Boaters stranded on the water require a streamlined way to request immediate assistance, upload vessel image details, and verify regional coverage. The main challenge was designing an application interface that minimized steps during service requests while ensuring captains receive precise information to locate vessels efficiently.

Solution

I developed a mobile interface structured around clear emergency workflows, allowing users to submit service requests for towage, battery jumps, soft ungroundings, and fuel delivery. The application integrates vessel photo attachments to aid captains in intercept, interactive service maps, and account controls for adding additional users to a membership.
